Dr. Matthews is a neuroscientist by training and civil servant by profession. In her day job, she serves as a Program Director for federally-funded programs and initiatives that enhance the research training and career development of the biomedical workforce. She also provides consultation and coaching for individuals and groups looking for additional support towards personal and professional growth.
